Third Party Administration (TPA Services)

For almost two decades, Envoy Financial has served as an independent Plan Design, Plan Set up and an Administrative support organization with a primary focus on service to 501 (c)(3) organizations nation-wide. We provide a range of services to a wide variety of organizations impacting assets of over a quarter of a billion dollars. We can work with multiple platforms provided by national leading retirement plan vendors.

TPAs come in a variety of sizes, shapes and areas of expertise. By far the greatest number are focused on 401k plans to “for profit” or non 501(c)(3) companies and organizations. 457, 401(a) and other profit sharing plans fit into this same category. Expertise in supporting 403b plans of all types is much harder to find. We have recently seen many 401(k) focused TPAs attempt to provide “compliance” based TPA services to school district’s, only to learn that this market is so different from their 401(k) experience that they have stopped providing services to this marketplace altogether.
